365vox partner agreement
Draft for legal review (version draft-2026-10). If the final version changes anything, we’ll ask you to accept it again.
1. About this agreement
This agreement is between 365vox, of Toronto, Ontario, Canada (“365vox”, “we”), and you, the partner. It covers how you introduce businesses to 365vox and how you’re paid for it.
This is a draft that our lawyer is reviewing. If the final version changes anything, we’ll show it to you in the partners portal and ask you to accept it again.
2. Your role
You introduce businesses to 365vox, the AI phone receptionist. You work for yourself, as an independent contractor: you’re not an employee, agent or legal partner of 365vox.
You can’t sign contracts, make promises or accept payments for 365vox. You pay your own costs.
3. How customers are credited to you
A business is credited to you when it signs up for 365vox through your referral link (remembered for 90 days on the device that clicked it), enters your referral code when it signs up, or matches a lead you registered in the partners portal within the last 90 days. The first of these that applies wins.
If two partners claim the same business, 365vox decides, and its decision is final. You can’t be credited for your own business or a business you own or control.
4. What you earn
For each business credited to you, you earn a commission on what it pays 365vox, before sales tax: 22% for the first 12 months, then 5% for the next 36 months. Month 1 is the month the business first activates an agent. After 48 months, no further commission is earned.
Commissions are earned only on money 365vox actually collects. If money is refunded, credited back or disputed, the commission on it is reversed; if it was already paid to you, it comes off your next payments.
5. When and how you’re paid
A commission is earned when the business’s invoice is paid. 365vox pays it within 3 days after that, in US dollars, by bank transfer or Interac e-Transfer to the details you give in the partners portal. Keep those details up to date.
365vox may hold a payment while it checks one it believes is a mistake or fraud. You can see every commission, its status and your statements in the partners portal.
6. Taxes
You’re responsible for your own taxes. If you’re registered for GST/HST, add your number in the partners portal. 365vox provides a statement of the commissions paid to you each calendar year, and may ask for the tax information it needs to report payments as the law requires.
7. How you sell
Say only what 365vox.com and the partners portal say about 365vox. Don’t promise savings, results, features, prices or discounts that aren’t published. Tell people you’re an independent 365vox partner.
Follow the laws on calls, texts and emails, including Canada’s anti-spam law (CASL) and the US Telephone Consumer Protection Act: get consent before you text or email anyone who hasn’t agreed to hear from you, don’t use autodialers or recorded messages, and stop when someone asks you to.
Never take payment, card details or sign-in codes from a business, and never sign up for 365vox on a business’s behalf. Don’t buy ads on the name “365vox”, or make websites or profiles that look like they belong to 365vox.
8. Privacy and confidentiality
In the partners portal you see only what you need: a customer’s business details, status, minutes used, invoices paid and your commissions. You never see their callers or calls. Keep what you see confidential, use it only to help the customer, and never share your sign-in.
9. The 365vox name
You may use the 365vox name and the materials in the partners portal, as they are, to introduce 365vox. Don’t change them or present yourself as 365vox staff.
10. Ending this agreement
Either of us can end this agreement at any time, by email or in the partners portal. If you leave, you keep earning on businesses already credited to you, as section 4 describes, as long as you keep following this agreement.
If 365vox ends it because you broke this agreement, commissions not yet earned stop. Commissions already earned are still paid, less any reversals.
11. Changes
365vox may change the commission rates or this agreement with 30 days’ notice in the partners portal. A change never reduces a commission already earned.
12. General
365vox’s total responsibility to you under this agreement is limited to the commissions owed to you. This agreement is governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. It is the whole agreement between us about the partner program.
